January 2022 – The Italian climate action pioneer Carbonsink today announced it is joining South Pole, the international leader in climate and environmental services, solutions and project development, with 23 offices around the world.
Together, Carbonsink and South Pole will accelerate climate ambition and step up the transition to a climate-smart society. With combined resources, they will advise corporations on climate action, advance cutting-edge digital solutions for carbon management systems, and develop innovative projects as demand for high-quality carbon credits continues to grow.

This significant milestone also increases South Pole’s presence in Africa where Carbonsink has developed more than 30 carbon projects through its office in Maputo, Mozambique.
